Before Installation
Choose the installation file for your system and pay attention to the installation prompts on your device.
Windows PC
Check your device information in "Settings → System → About" and choose the Windows download option. Once the download is complete, open the installation file and follow the wizard.
macOS Computer
Check your device information in "About This Mac" from the Apple menu and choose the macOS download option. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts in the installation window.

Where can I find the downloaded installation file?
Open your browser's download list or check the "Downloads" folder on your computer. Verify the file name before opening the installation file.
What if my device version is not listed on the page?
Versions not currently offered cannot be downloaded yet. Please check again later. Use the client that matches your device's operating system.
How do I get started after installation?
Open the client and follow the initial prompts in the app to complete setup. Familiarize yourself with the conversation list, app entry points, and language assistance features.
